Election Day: Kane Expected to Officially Become Mayor Today

Election day for mayor of Knox County, Tennessee is today and Glenn “Kane” Jacobs, running as a Republican, is expected to win over his Democratic opponent, Linda Haney.

The county is very Republican, so Kane is the heavy favorite.

Polls close at 8 PM CT / 9 PM ET.
