Sami Callihan got into an argument with a security guard at an AAW (All American Wrestling) show last night in Chicago at the Logan Square Auditorium, according to Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Radio.
During a hardcore match against Jimmy Jacobs, Callihan started throwing several non-folding chairs on top of Jacobs when a voice over the loud speaker said, “Hey asshole, quit breaking our chairs. You’re gonna pay for them at the end of the night.”
A security guard then went up and started yelling at Sami. They finished the match, then as Sami was going to the back, he and the security guard were screaming at each other, with people trying to come between them to break it up.
Bryan Alvarez said that the story he heard was that Sami thought the security guard was a wrestling trainee, so he “work punched” him and the security guard was upset, then flashed his gun at Callihan.
The story was that Callihan was told to leave the building, but he denied that on Twitter.
I was not tossed from @AAWPro’s building. Nice try rumor mill. I love how nobody is reporting this correctly. pic.twitter.com/pwiQICEiyM
