Mick Foley
One of the reasons that Mick Foley was added as a special guest referee for the Reigns/Strowman match at Hell in a Cell was for promotion for his WWE Network special, Mick Foley: 20 Years of Hell that will air after the PPV.
Foley is not expected to take any bumps in the match, according to Dave Meltzer, since he underwent hip replacement and knee surgeries last year.
