Alexa Bliss has been out of action since suffering a concussion at a house show on October 20. It caused her to miss her scheduled match at Evolution and she also won’t be wrestling at Survivor Series, instead taking on a “manager” role in the women’s Survivor Series elimination match.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Bliss has actually suffered multiple concussions in a short period of time, so WWE is being very cautious with her right now.
It’s not known when the other concussions happened, but prior to this most recent injury, she had been out of action for about a month with what WWE said was “numbness in her left arm” after her match against Ronda Rousey at Hell in a Cell. That caused her to miss Mixed Match Challenge this season.
On Twitter, Alexa seemed confident that she’ll be back in the ring soon.
