Ring of Honor announced that they have signed Mexican superstar Rush to a US-exclusive contract.
Rush wrestles mainly in CMLL in Mexico, where he is one of their top stars. He also wrestles part time in NJPW, where he’s part of the Los Ingobernables de Japon stable.
He has been wrestling for Major League Wrestling in the US since November, but he’s now done with MLW because of his exclusive ROH contract. MLW announced that he has been pulled from upcoming shows “due to the insistence of a third party promoter.” MLW CEO Court Bauer said, “This is a match and organization Rush wanted to be a part of but sometimes politics get in the way and that’s what this comes down to: politics.”
