Dolph Ziggler WWE Contract Update

As noted before, Dolph Ziggler has been on a hiatus from WWE since this past January’s Royal Rumble event.

A recent episode of the Wrestling Inside The Ropes show on Boston radio station 98.5 had Ziggler as the guest and one of the topics discussed included the current status of his contract in WWE.

“Technically, I am, yes. The last two years I’ve had somewhat of a handshake agreement, behind closed doors deal with WWE. I’ve been able to do a lot of things on my own, not WWE, just because of the relationship we’ve had over the last 14 years. I have a bit of a handshake agreement right now, but we’ll know some more details in the coming months.”
