AEW announced that Maxwell Jacob Friedman has signed a new multi-year contract extension.

The contract he signed in the video is his legitimate contract, according to PWInsider.
MJF is still under contract with Major League Wrestling, but his MLW deal allows him to wrestle for AEW and pretty much any other company but WWE.
It’s not clear when his MLW contract expires, but he’s in the midst of a two year deal, according to Fightful. He debuted for MLW in October 2017, but we don’t know when his two year contract was first signed.
