WWE reportedly is planning for 205 Live to air on Fridays at 10 PM ET after Friday Night SmackDown starting next week, according to PWInsider.
Mike Johnson reported that the current plan is for 205 Live to remain as a WWE Network exclusive series, but it will be moving from its current time slot of 10 PM ET on Tuesdays to the new Friday 10 PM time slot. This new change will take effect following next week’s debut episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown on FOX.
It was also reported that the brand is now under the responsibility of NXT’s creative team. This coincides with a recent interview Triple H did with Newsweek where he revealed that the brand was in the process of moving under the NXT umbrella.
