Friday Night FOX Viewers
Viewer numbers for this past Friday on FOX were not great and SmackDown should be a pretty big improvement when it moves to the network.
On Friday, BH90210 drew 867,000 viewers at 8 PM ET and MasterChef drew 1,000,000 viewers at 9. Both shows have been doing around the 1 million mark (and often below) for the past several weeks.
So even if SmackDown stays around 2 million viewers, that’s still a pretty big improvement over what FOX does for a lot of the year on Fridays.
FS1 Show
Booker T’s name has been thrown around as a possible co-host, along with Renee Young, for WWE’s FS1 studio show that’s expected to debut soon, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
“WWE Backstage” is a rumored name for the show, which is expected to air on Tuesday nights.
