La Parka Health Status Update

As noted before, La Parka suffered a serious neck injury at an event for KAOZ Lucha Libre this past weekend. La Parka underwent surgery to repair a fractured vertebrae this past Monday and remained in critical condition for several days.

The son of La Parka, Karis la Momia Jr., stated in a recent interview with TV Azteca that his father is currently in stable condition and was reevaluated by doctors yesterday. Momia Jr. also stated that he is very thankful for all of those who have wished La Parka well throughout his ordeal.

XCW Wrestling announced that they have recently hired Ember Moon to be the head trainer of their XCW Institute wrestling school in Denton, Texas. Moon has been out of action for WWE since earlier this month due to a ankle-related injury.

International Wrestling Syndicate announced that they have pulled Moustache Mountain (Tyler Bate & Trent Seven) from the card of their One Night Only event on November 8th in Montreal, Canada due to WWE commitments. It was also announced that AEW’s Private Party will be Moustache Mountain’s official replacement for the event.

New Japan Pro Wrestling recently announced that they have pulled EVIL from the remainder of their on-going Road to Power Struggle 2019 tour due to him suffering a left ankle injury earlier this week.

Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre announced that NJPW referee Tiger Hattori will be making an appearance for the company at their Arena Mexico event on November 15th in Mexico City, Mexico.
