WWE Crown Jewel Card Update

WWE officials currently have plans for Seth Rollins to compete in only one match at their Crown Jewel 2019 event later this month in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer reported.

Meltzer reported that despite Rollins being advertised to compete in two matches at the event, WWE officials currently have plans for Rollins to only compete in the Universal Championship match against “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt and is expected to be removed from the Team Hogan vs. Team Flair five-on-five tag team match during next week’s set of television tapings.

Taya Valkyrie reportedly broke the record for longest ever Impact Knockouts championship reign this past weekend, according to Fightful. Taya’s currently owns the record at 283 days and counting, eclipsing the previous record of 279 days set by Taryn Terrell in 2014.

NJPW announced that due to the damage to the venue caused by Typhoon Hagibis, they have cancelled their Road to Power Struggle event on October 18th in Nagano, Japan.
