Goldberg on the Future of His Wrestling Career

Sports Illustrated held a recent interview with Goldberg and one of the topics discussed included if his match against Dolph Ziggler at WWE SummerSlam this past August was the last match of his wrestling career.

“It’s by no means my farewell performance, nor was it my best performance, but you have to be realistic and take all things into consideration. It’s a very good possibility I’ll be back, but you don’t know it until it’s done.”

Cody Rhodes Files New Wrestling Trademark

Cody Rhodes recently filed a new trademark to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

A trademark for “The Match Beyond” was filed on November 13th for wrestling and merchandise-related purposes. This likely is the name for a potential War Games style match in the future for All Elite Wrestling.

Historically, “The Match Beyond” was the name used for the latter portion of a War Games match after all the competitors had entered the cage and the match could then officially end with either a pinfall, submission, or knockout.
