A jury in Pensacola, FL found Jimmy Uso not guilty on Wednesday of a DUI charge that he received in July.
Uso was arrested on July 25 in Pensacola after a cop claimed that he was speeding and driving erratically, and that Uso “refused” to take a sobriety test.
In a video released by TMZ, Uso is shown asking for a lawyer before a sobriety test, then is eventually arrested by the cop who pulled him over.
Uso’s lawyer Greg Whibbs told the local FOX affiliate, “And that is what the jury system is for. A cop cannot convict you. A cop can arrest you but they cannot convict you and that’s why we took it to the next level and plead not guilty and set out for a case trial.”
The Usos have not been used by WWE since the July 29 Raw. Naomi, who is married to Jimmy Uso, has also not been used since July 22.
