All Elite Wrestling and Shawn Spears Files New Trademarks

All Elite Wrestling and Shawn Spears recently filed a few new trademarks to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

A trademark for the term “Join the Revolution” was filed by AEW on December 3rd for wrestling and merchandise-related purposes.

Trademarks for “PERFECT10N” and “The Chairman” were filed by Shawn Spears on November 29th for wrestling and merchandise-related purposes.


Several New Matches Announced for NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 14

During New Japan Pro Wrestling’s World Tag League 2019 Finals event held earlier today, several new matches for the card of next month’s Wrestle Kingdom 14 were teased and announced.

The newest match officially announced was the IWGP Tag Team Championship match, which will be Juice Robinson and David Finlay vs. Guerillas of Destiny (c).

Two new matches were also teased for the card of Wrestle Kingdom 14:

  • Ryu Lee (formerly known as Dragon Lee) vs. Jushin Thunder Liger
  • IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship Texas Death match – Jon Moxley vs. Lance Archer (c)

  • IWGP Heavyweight Championship – Kota Ibushi vs. Kazuchika Okada (c)

Upcoming New Content Additions for WWE Network

New episodes of Table For 3, WWE Chronicle, and Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Sessions reportedly are among the new content arriving this week for the WWE Network, according to WWENetworkNews.com.

A new episode of Table For 3 will be airing on the Network following the end of this Monday’s episode of RAW. This episode will feature Sting, Jeff Jarrett, and AJ Styles as the guests discussing their careers in TNA. Official synopsis below:

A new episode of the WWE Chronicle documentary series will be airing on the Network on December 14th and will feature Rey Mysterio.

A new episode of the Steve Ausin’s Broken Skull Sessions show will be airing on the Network on December 15th. This episode will feature Bill Goldberg as the guest. Official synopsis below:

Misc. Wrestling News & Notes

New Japan Pro Wrestling and Ring of Honor reportedly do not have any current plans for NJPW talent to make any appearances at ROH events for 2020, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Ryu Lee (formerly Dragon Lee) reportedly has recently signed a one-year deal with NJPW, according to Voices of Wrestling.

Major League Wrestling reportedly is currently considering plans to push back the date for their Intimidation Games 2020 event in Chicano, Illinois due to logistical-related issues, according to PWInsider. MLW currently has the event scheduled to take place on February 29th at the Cicero Stadium in Chicago.

Bobby Fulton announced on Facebook this past Friday that he was recently diagnosed with throat cancer.
