More on Robert Roode’s Wellness Policy Suspension and Initial TLC Plans
As noted before, WWE suspended both Robert Roode and Primo Colon earlier this week due to Wellness Policy violations. Both will be suspended for the next thirty days due to this violation being the first strike against them.
Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE officials originally had plans for Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler to challenge The New Day for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship at this Sunday’s TLC event. It is not currently known if Roode and Ziggler being replaced by The Revival was entirely due to Roode’s suspension but as of last week, Roode and Ziggler had been scheduled to compete for the titles at TLC.
