WWE: Paige on Triple H’s Joke, DX Reunion Announced for MSG, Saudi Show Update

Paige Comments on Triple H’s Inappropriate Joke Made About Her

As noted before, Triple H made a joke about Paige over the weekend, which generated backlash on social media. He later apologized to those who were offended by his “terrible joke.”

Sportskeeda held a recent interview with Paige discussing her thoughts about Triple H’s remarks and his apology to her.

“Obviously, I was a little bit perplexed, a little bit taken [aback] because he’s someone that I truly look up to, and he’s always been very respectful so, I just feel like he kind of got caught up, maybe in a joke but I don’t think it was appropriate to joke about. Again, it’s just something that I’m not gonna continually talk about because I feel like people on the internet have done a good job of that. He’s definitely reached out and we’re gonna be talking about some things.”

DX Reunion Announced for WWE’s Next Event at MSG

Madison Square Garden announced that a D-Generation X reunion is scheduled at WWE’s next event in the venue on March 22nd, with Triple H, Shawn Michaels, X-Pac, and Road Dogg appearing.

MSG is also currently advertising two matches for the card of WWE’s upcoming house show event:

WWE’s February Saudi Arabia Show Update

As noted before, WWE is currently planning to hold another event in Saudi Arabia next month.

PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources within the company stated that this next Saudi event is currently scheduled to take place on February 27 rather than the originally reported February 20. Johnson also reported that WWE’s creative plans for the event have not been locked in as of his report this past Tuesday.
