WWE: NXT Talents Offered New Contracts, Extreme Rules 2020 Host City, New Episode of Day Of

WWE Reportedly Offered New Contracts to Several NXT Talent Last October

WWE reportedly offered new contracts to some of their NXT talent this past October, according to Fightful.

Sean Ross Sapp reported that several of NXT’s talent got significant pay raises although the monetary amount was less than main roster type money, but “substantial” compared to what they were making before. These new contracts were offered after WWE’s new NXT television contract with USA Network kicked in in September.

Sapp also reported that not all of NXT’s talent who were offered new contracts signed them and that these new contracts included a new three-year length agreement as part of the terms.


San Jose Announced as Host City of Extreme Rules 2020

WWE announced that this year’s Extreme Rules event will be taking place on July 19th at the SAP Center in San Jose, California.

The official announcement was made during this past Friday’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown in the same venue.

WWE is currently holding a pre-sale for tickets (use code “EXTREME”) while tickets for the general public will go on sale starting on March 20th.


WWE Network to Air New Royal Rumble Themed Episode of Day Of This Week

A new episode of WWE’s Day Of documenary series reportedly will be airing on the WWE Network this Friday, according to WWENetworkNews.com.

This episode is currently speculated to air prior to this Friday’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown and will focus on last month’s Royal Rumble event, which featured the return of Edge.
