Game Changer Wrestling recently announced that The Great Muta, Keiji Muto, has been pulled from their Joey Janela’s Spring Break IV event on April 3rd in Ybor City, Florida.
GCW announced that the reason for Muta’s removal was due to his agent Sonny Onoo breaking the agreement they had for Muta’s scheduled appearance.
GCW claimed that Onoo had been making demands that were well beyond their agreement and also wanted the company to foot the entire cost for Muta’s stay in Florida. Among the demands included four nights at a Disney hotel in Orlando, four 4-day Park Hopper passes to Disney World, a 12.5% commission to Onoo, four skybox seats for WrestleMania 36, and transportation to and from Orlando and Tampa.
Following GCW’s announcement, both Absolute Intense Wrestling and WrestlePro revealed on Twitter of their own past issues with Onoo and his demands for talent bookings.
