Xavier Woods made his WWE in-ring return tonight on SmackDown – the first time he’s wrestled since suffering a torn Achilles in October of last year.
Woods and Kofi Kingston defeated Cesaro & Shinsuke Nakamura to win the SmackDown Tag Team Championships.
Shortly after, Woods and Kingston were drafted to Raw, while Big E was drafted to SmackDown.
All three members of The New Day will wrestle in a “Farewell to SmackDown” match next Friday against Sheamus, Cesaro & Nakamura.
