There are more possible details about the relationship between AEW and Impact Wrestling in a new report by Wrestling Inc.
The report claims that as of now, Kenny Omega’s appearance on Impact this Tuesday will be a one time thing and Omega is doing it because he’s close with Impact executive vice president Don Callis.
Wrestling Inc’s report also says that they “have heard” that Don Callis’s contract with Impact Wrestling “may be coming up next month.” If true and Callis decides to not re-sign, he could end up signing with AEW full-time and there’s speculation that he could play the role of Kenny Omega’s manager.
There are also reportedly possible plans for The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows) to wrestle at least one match in AEW. One obvious guess for who their opponents might be are their former Bullet Club stablemates The Young Bucks.
