AEW Dynamite and NXT Ratings – Jan. 13, 2021 – AEW Wins Again

AEW Dynamite’s “New Year’s Smash Night 2” special drew 762,000 viewers on TNT, up from last week’s 662,000 viewers.

NXT drew 551,000 viewers on USA, down from last week’s 641,000 viewers.

In the 18-49 demographic, AEW was #31 on cable for the day with a 0.30 rating (up from 0.25), while NXT was #70 with a 0.14 rating (down from 0.16).

Like last week with the storming of the US Capitol building, both shows were likely hurt by news coverage of Donald Trump’s impeachment. Cable news took most of the top spots for the day.
