As noted before, Zelina Vega was released by WWE this past November due to issues related to Vince McMahon’s ban on WWE talent having outside third party sponsorship deals and social media accounts.
Fightful Select reported (via Sportskeeda.com) that Vega’s 90-days non-compete clause is currently expected to expire after the end of today and she will be free to work and sign with another company afterwards.
Sean Ross Sapp reported that the level of interest from other wrestling companies for Vega is currently not known. Sapp stated that it is normal for companies to not “tip their hand” before they are legally able to make a move and sign a talent to a potential deal.
