Before the match begins, Raw Tag Team Champions AJ Styles and Omos come out to the stage. Styles thanks everyone for coming out. WWE will be back on the road next month. They’ll be defending their titles live and in person against the very best WWE has to offer. These are the tag teams they want, like the 11-time Tag Team Champions the New Day. Styles says they are national treasures. They can have the same match they had at WrestleMania.

Styles continues to talk about the tag teams. Styles says Lince Dorado is alone tonight because Gran Metalik got injured. The Viking Raiders are all about getting paid. Then we have RK-Bro. The sky is the limit for Riddle, while Randy Orton is an all-time legend. Omos says they are magnificent, stupendous, handsome, and phenomenal.

Kofi Kingston says Styles and Omos are detestable and booty. They’re not a registered tag team. Styles says that’s “totally cap.” They have the Tag Titles. Styles tells Kingston not to interrupt him while he’s being nice. Orton says if he’s trying to be nice, he can shut his damn mouth. Riddle says all you have to do is close your mouth, turn the key, and toss it away. Riddle talks about the RK-Bro merchandise and starts telling a story about his uncle and snakes. Orton lowers Riddle’s microphone and has him zip his lips. Orton takes the imaginary key and puts it in his boot. Riddle puts his head down. Styles asks if anyone else wants to interrupt him.

The Miz’ music hits, and he is wheeled out to the stage by John Morrison. Miz says he’s sorry to interrupt. Morrison says Miz has nothing to be sorry for since he’s so brave. Miz says the tag division is dry. Morrison says that’s why he has his patent-pending Drip Stick to moisten things up. Morrison is entering the Battle Royal. Morrison starts doing his entrance and the slo-mo starts as he lets Miz’ wheelchair go. Miz rolls down the ramp and is terrified in slo-mo.

Orton and Riddle hit the New Day with RKOs. Lince Dorado is then dropped with an RKO. The Tag Team Battle Royal is next.

You could’ve been out here walking with the brand new Tag Team Champions, but Jaxson Ryker got in the way. If Ryker did what Elias said, they’d be celebrating with the Tag Team Championship. Instead, Ryker became completely unhinged. For the sake of his career, he had to get away.

Elias talks about seeing the ghosts of war in Ryker’s eyes, but he didn’t see a man that would go to battle for him.
