Bobby Lashley vs. Xavier Woods

We go into the final show from the WWE ThunderDome to see the New Day making their way to the ring. We see the All Mighty WWE Champion Bobby Lashley backstage with MVP and the ladies. MVP is pumping Lashley up. They go to make their entrance.

They lock up, and Lashley easily takes him down. Woods pops up, so Lashley hits a waistlock takeover. Woods hooks a side headlock, so Lashley whips him off. Woods slides through the legs and puts the side headlock back on. Lashley throws him off and runs into a boot. Woods takes him down and hits a senton splash for a one count. Woods applies a front facelock and knees him in the head a few times. Lashley shoves him off and military presses him out of the ring. Woods’ face bounces off the ring apron on the way down. Kofi Kingston shouts at Lashley. Lashley press Woods up again and drops him face-first on the steel steps!

We come back from the break to see Lashley viciously shouldering Woods in the midsection in the corner. Lashley shoves him to another corner, does a three-point stance, and connects with another running shoulder. Lashley sizes Woods up and charges, but Woods sidesteps him. Woods stuns him with a superkick, but it’s short lived. Lashley scoops him up, but Woods counters into a tornado DDT. Lashley rolls out of the ring to recover, so Woods wipes him out with a somersault senton that just connects.

Woods gets Lashley in the ring, but Lashley holds the ropes. Lashley puts Woods on the apron, but Woods kicks him in the head. Woods goes to the top rope and connects with a missile dropkick for a two count. Woods immediately transitions into a crossface. Lashley fights up from the “neck crank” as Jimmy Smith called it and side slams Woods. Lashley catches his breath for a few moments and then pushes Woods down. Woods gets out of a slam, but Lashley quickly comes back with a one-armed spinebuster. Lashley hits a modified dominator and stands over Woods. Lashley throws Woods out of the ring and puts him on his shoulders. Lashley drives Woods head-first into the ring post.

Lashley gets Woods in the ring and sizes him up. Lashley connects with a spear and poses in the ring. Lashley casually picks Woods up, and Woods surprises him with an inside cradle for the win.

Winner by Pinfall: Xavier Woods

The New Day celebrates big time at ringside. Lashley’s ladies are silenced on the stage. Lashley looks lost and forlorn as he takes his WWE Championship and walks up the ramp. MVP stares at the New Day from ringside.


Backstage: MVP

MVP is walking backstage (still using a cane) when Kevin Patrick comes up to him. Patrick says Bobby Lashley has left the building and wonders where he is going. MVP says Lashley has left the building, but he’s just going to blow off a little steam. MVP guarantees Lashley will be back for the VIP Lounge later in the evening. There will be positive vibes with some champagne.


Earlier Today: Jinder Mahal

Footage is shown of Jinder Mahal beating down Drew McIntyre along with Veer and Shanky. Mahal stole McIntyre’s sword after the beating.

Earlier today, Jinder Mahal is shown arriving to the WWE ThunderDome on his custom motorcycle. Veer and Shanky were waiting for him with McIntyre’s Claymore sword in hand.


Alexa’s Playground With Eva Marie and Doudrop

Alexa Bliss is on a swing backstage. She’s excited to be in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match this Sunday in front of the WWE Universe. She’ll have a lot of fun if she gets her hands on that contract. Eva Marie excuses herself and asks if she was planning on introducing her… and Doudrop. Bliss welcomes them to the playground and says Doudrop’s name is fun to say.

Bliss asks Doudrop how her time is on Monday Night Raw so far. Eva Marie takes the question and says the Eva-lution is in full effect and takes credit for the victory in the 8-woman tag. Bliss says she wasn’t asking Eva Marie. Eva Marie says she is the star of Monday Night Raw. This will be the last time she steps foot in this dingy, grubby little playground. Eva Marie tells Doudrop to follow her because the Eva-lution deserves so much better. They walk off. Bliss mimics Eva Marie and laughs.


In-Ring: Jinder Mahal, Drew McIntyre

Jinder Mahal is standing in the ring with Veer and Shanky. Mahal says he’s thought a lot about what happened this week. Maybe he went too far taking Drew McIntyre’s sword. McIntyre stole opportunities from him before, but that doesn’t make it right. Mahal says McIntyre probably hasn’t been able to eat, sleep, or train heading into Money in the Bank. If McIntyre comes out, Mahal will apologize and give him the sword back. Mahal wants to do the right thing. McIntyre doesn’t come out.

Drew McIntyre appears on the big screen. McIntyre knows Mahal is a tough bastard and a decorated champion. It’s time for him to cut the BS and get to the point. Mahal says he’s not lying. Mahal wanted to do this in person, but if this is how they have to do this… Mahal had Veer and Shanky refinish McIntyre’s family heirloom Claymore. Mahal takes the cover off the Claymore to show it broken in two.

McIntyre says this is Monday Night Raw. You don’t bring your real car or sword to the show. What Mahal has is a replica… however, this looks like Mahal’s real motorcycle. McIntyre is revealed to be standing by the motorcycle Mahal rode to the arena on. McIntyre rips off the exhaust pipe and smashes up the motorcycle, ripping off the coverings. Mahal is irate. McIntyre kicks it over.


Backstage: Nikki ASH, Riddle

Nikki A.S.H. is backstage when Riddle walks up to her. Nikki says she’s “almost a superhero.” Riddle thinks he gets it. One time he was almost an astronaut, but then he realized he was at the food court at the mall. Nikki doesn’t understand. She has a match coming up next.


Fatal 4-Way Match
Nikki ASH vs. Asuka vs. Naomi vs. Alexa Bliss

The bell rings, and Naomi double dropkicks Asuka and Nikki out of the ring. Naomi goes after Bliss, but Bliss fights her off. Naomi sends her into the ropes, but Bliss holds on and hits a cross-body for a one count. Asuka gets in and knocks Bliss out of the ring. Nikki takes Asuka down and covers for a two count. Nikki rolls Naomi up for a two count. Naomi and Asuka take Nikki down and connect with a double dropkick. Naomi and Asuka jawjack for a bit. They trade punches and forearms. Naomi ducks a strike combo before they wipe each other out with stereo kicks to the head. Naomi and Asuka are down.

Bliss calmly gets in the ring and looks up at the Money in the Bank briefcases hanging above the ring. Nikki gets in the ring and hits Bliss. Bliss goes for Sister Abigail, but Nikki gets out and dropkicks her down. Eva Marie and Doudrop make their way to ringside to observe. Naomi takes Nikki down with a dropkick. Asuka wipes out Nikki, and Bliss takes out Asuka with a DDT for a near fall. Bliss goes to ringside and comes face-to-face with Doudrop. Bliss walks right by her and looks at Eva Marie. Eva looks worried and takes one of her heels off. Bliss screams at Eva, scaring her. Doudrop attacks Bliss and puts her on her shoulders. Doudrop throws Bliss over the barricade. Eva looks over the barricade, but Bliss disappeared. Eva demands to know where Bliss is.

We come back from the break to see Asuka kicking away at Naomi and Nikki. Asuka hits Naomi with a German Suplex before knocking her in the corner. Asuka kicks Nikki down and hits Naomi with a bulldog. Asuka covers both, but they kick out. Naomi takes Asuka down and drives her headfirst into the corner. Naomi scoops Nikki up and hits a (sort of) TKO. Naomi hits Asuka with a back suplex and splashes Asuka and Nikki for a near fall. Naomi hits Asuka with a springboard kick for a two count. Nikki boots Naomi back and hits a sloppy tornado DDT, but Asuka breaks up the pin.

Nikki pulls Asuka out of the ring. Naomi takes Nikki down and covers for a two count. Naomi applies a submission, but Asuka breaks it up. Asuka applies a cross arm breaker to Naomi, but Nikki hits her with a cannonball to break it up. Nikki A.S.H. goes to the top rope and hits Asuka with a cross-body block, but Naomi breaks it up. Nikki sends Naomi to the apron, but Naomi kicks her away. Asuka hits Naomi with a double knee facebuster. Nikki goes after Asuka, but Asuka counters with an Asuka Lock attempt. Nikki gets out and rolls Asuka up for the win.

Backstage: The Viking Raiders

We see footage of Riddle defeating AJ Styles with an assist from Erik and Ivar of the Viking Raiders.

Sarah Schreiber is backstage with the Viking Raiders. She asks about their singles matches against AJ Styles and Omos tonight. Ivar says he’ll face Styles tonight, a former WWE Champion. Styles thinks they’re smelly, but Vikings are some of the most amazing people on the planet. They also have spectacular and excellent hygiene. Styles will learn respect for the Viking culture when he gives him a phenomenal beating. Erik says he has a colossal task to take down Omos. This is Omos’ first singles match. He’ll use the inexperience to find the crack in his mighty armor. Then next week they will once again raise the Raw Tag Team Championships above their head in victory. RAID! RAID! RAID!


AJ Styles vs. Ivar

Raw Tag Team Champions AJ Styles and Omos are in the ring. Styles says he may have said something about the vikings that were offensive. Styles apologizes. He meant to say they’re hairy, obnoxious, and stinky. They never should have gotten off their wooden boat and come after the Raw Tag Team Champions. If you haven’t kept up on what’s going on with the Viking Raiders and the Raw Tag Team Champions… they’ve cost Styles an opportunity to be in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Tonight, he’s going to take Ivar’s leg and make him tap to the Calf Crusher. After that, Omos will have his first singles match on Raw where he will destroy Erik so badly that he’ll wish he never took off his ridiculous helmet. Then at Money in the Bank, they’ll destroy the Viking Raiders and show why they are the Raw Tag Team Champions.

They quickly go back and forth with Styles flipping over Ivar and then Ivar flipping over Styles. Ivar beats Styles down in the corner before hitting a cannonball for a two count. Ivar scoops Styles up, but Styles slides off. Ivar quickly shoulder blocks him down. Ivar goes to hit the ropes, but Omos grabs the top rope to distract him. Styles blindsides Ivar with a kick to the back of the neck. Ivar sidesteps an avalanche, but Styles quickly gets away. Styles kicks Ivar in the knee and hits a DDT for a two count. Styles applies a chin lock, but Ivar fights out and hits a back body drop. Ivar hits a side slam and a cross-body splash. Ivar goes for a suplex, but Styles gets out. Ivar cartwheels around a clothesline and connects with a clothesline on Styles for a near fall. Styles soon boots Ivar away and goes for a sunset flip. Ivar rolls through and hits a Pelé Kick. Ivar stumbles to the corner and catches a charging Styles with a senton splash for the win.

Winner by Pinfall: Ivar

Omos is stunned at ringside. Erik celebrates with Ivar in the ring. Omos will have his first singles match against Erik, next.

Omos vs. Erik

The bell rings, and Erik goes for a takedown on Omos. Omos, of course, doesn’t budge. Omos easily takes Erik down and slams him after absorbing some kicks. Omos scoops him up, but Erik slides off. Erik boots him back and charges, but Omos grabs him with a bearhug. Erik gets out, so Omos throws him across the ring. Erik fights back, but Omos wipes him out with a clothesline. Styles is fired up. Omos hits a two-handed chokebomb for the win.

Winner by Pinfall: Raw Tag Team Champion Omos


Backstage: Sheamus, Adam Pearce, Sonya Deville

Footage is shown of Humberto Carrillo destroying Sheamus’ nose a few weeks ago on WWE Raw.

WWE United States Champion Sheamus is backstage with WWE Officials Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville. Sheamus is furious that Carrillo is being rewarded with a title match for destroying his face.


Backstage: The New Day, Lucha House Party

Footage is shown of Xavier Woods beating WWE Champion Bobby Lashley in a non-title match earlier in the evening.

The New Day are walking backstage. They bump into Lucha House Party and congratulate them on beating Mace and T-Bar last week. Sarah Schreiber comes up and tells them that WWE Champion Bobby Lashley has returned to the show. Kingston says he’ll shock the world once again at Money in the Bank when he beats Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship.


Backstage: Sheamus, Humberto Carrillo

We go backstage to see WWE United States Champion Sheamus attacking Humberto Carrillo backstage. Sheamus sends him into some pipes just casually leaned against the wall and shouts. Sheamus says Carrillo has a big United States Championship match next and needs to get up. Sheamus walks by Damian Priest as he leaves.

After commercials, WWE Officials Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville check on Carrillo backstage. Damian Priest is also there. Carrillo wants to fight so Sheamus can’t make more excuses. If he can stand, he can fight.


WWE United States Championship
Sheamus (c) vs. Humberto Carrillo

Sheamus is wearing a face protector to protect his surgically repaired nose. The bell rings, and Sheamus immediately floors him with the Brogue Kick for the win.

Winner by Pinfall and still WWE United States Champion: Sheamus

Sheamus goes to leave, but turns around and attacks Carrillo some more. Sheamus gives him a Dublin Smile and shouts about his face. Sheamus threatens to break Carrillo’s face. Sheamus goes to stomp the face, but Damian Priest’s music hits. Priest runs down, and Sheamus gets out of the ring. Priest helps Carrillo up.


Backstage: Ricochet, Riddle, The Miz, John Morrison

Replays are shown of the matches with Ricochet and John Morrison.

Ricochet is with Riddle backstage. Riddle is talking about Toy Story 2 being his favorite movie. The Miz and John Morrison come up and soak them with Drip Sticks before running over Riddle’s injured foot.


Falls Count Anywhere
John Morrison vs. Ricochet

They go back and forth to start the match. Ricochet kicks Morrison from the apron, but Morrison quickly stuns him. Morrison hits a neckbreaker off the ropes that sends Ricochet to the floor for a two count. Morrison kicks Ricochet in the ribs. They get in the ring, and Ricochet catches Morrison with a bridging German Suplex for a two count. Morrison quickly gets Ricochet out of the ring and hits a HORRIBLE twisting plancha to the floor for a near fall. They go over the barricade. Ricochet sends Morrison into some LED screens before sending him to ringside. Morrison kicks Ricochet, and they’re standing on top of the barricade. Morrison trips and crashes and burns to the floor. Ricochet hits a 450 splash off the barricade to the floor for a two count.

Ricochet gets in the ring, but Morrison runs off. Ricochet scales the ropes and stands on the ring post before nearly whiffing on a shooting star press to ringside.

We come back from the break to see Morrison pull a ladder out from under the ring and set up a bridge from the apron to the commentary table. Ricochet hits Morrison with a cross-body block off the apron for a two count. Ricochet gets Morrison in the ring, but Morrison gets out. Ricochet goes for a dive, but Miz is in the way. Ricochet jumps over Miz and hits a somersault senton on Morrison for a near fall. Morrison appears to have jacked his shoulder up on that move.

Ricochet punches Morrison up the ramp and goes for a suplex. Morrison blocks it and knees him in the midsection. Morrison goes for a suplex, but Ricochet lands on his feet. Ricochet hits a hurricanrana on the ramp for a near fall. Morrison crawls to the back and attacks Ricochet coming through the curtain. Morrison kicks Ricochet in the ribs and sets up a chair. Morrison sits Ricochet on the chair and kicks him out of it for a near fall.

Morrison throws Ricochet back into the WWE ThunderDome. Miz shouts instructions to Morrison. Ricochet superkicks Morrison and knocks him down the ramp. Miz yells at Ricochet. Ricochet grabs Miz’ wheelchair and wheels him down the ramp into Morrison. Ricochet gets a near fall. Ricochet gets Morrison in the ring and takes him down. Miz sprays Ricochet with a Drip Stick. Morrison pulls Ricochet into the ring and rolls him up with his feet on the ropes for a two count. Morrison hits the Moonlight Drive for a near fall.

Riddle scoots down to ringside and grabs Miz. Riddle puts Miz on his back in the wheelchair. Miz looks like a turtle on its back. Morrison goes for a springboard, but Ricochet hits a Recoil. Ricochet kicks Morrison down onto the ladder bridge. Ricochet goes to the top rope and splashes Morrison through the ladder for the win.

Backstage: Natalya, Tamina, Mandy Rose, Dana Brooke

WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Natalya and Tamina are backstage. Natalya says she’s the standard bearer for the women and wants to beat Rhea Ripley for the Raw Women’s Championship. They then confront Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke.


Backstage: Drew McIntyre

Footage is shown of Drew McIntyre destroying Jinder Mahal’s motorcycle earlier in the night.

Kevin Patrick is backstage with Drew McIntyre. Patrick asks how he’s preparing for the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. McIntyre says this is his last opportunity to reach the top of the mountain. McIntyre talks about the story of Icarus flying too close to the sun. McIntyre finishes his story and calls himself, “Tricky Icky”…


Rhea Ripley vs. Natalya

Backstage before the match, Raw Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley says she’ll destroy Natalya before facing Charlotte Flair this Sunday.

They start off the match with some chain wrestling. Ripley knocks Natalya out of the ring and takes Tamina down at ringside. Natalya then hits Ripley with a Discus Clothesline.

Back from the break, Natalya takes it to Ripley for a bit. Ripley fights back with a Prism Trap. Natalya fights through the pain. Ripley eventually fights back at her and hits a Riptide for the win. Natalya appears to have hurt her mouth on the way down.

Winner by Pinfall: Raw Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley

After the match, Charlotte Flair chop blocks Ripley and attacks the knee. Flair applies a Figure Eight hanging off the apron and poses.


In-Ring: Bobby Lashley, MVP

MVP has the VIP Lounge in the ring and has the ladies with him. They’re dancing to music. MVP gives a big introduction for Bobby Lashley, but he doesn’t come out. MVP tells the champ to come out.

WWE Champion Bobby Lashley comes out looking disheveled. Lashley kicks the ladies out of the ring. Kofi Kingston was right about MVP making Lashley go soft and lose his edge. Lashley lost to Xavier Woods when he should have destroyed him. Lashley is furious right now. Now MVP is trying to cheer him up with champagne and women. Lashley appreciates what MVP has done for his career, but this bullshit stops now. It’s back to business. The only enjoyment he wants is to destroy every single soul that comes for his WWE Championship.

Lashley starts to destroy the VIP Lounge. MVP tries to stop him, but Lashley scares him back. Lashley says he’ll do this weekend what he should have done to Kingston weeks ago: tear him in half. He’ll go into Money in the Bank as the All Mighty WWE Champion and leave as the All Mighty WWE Champion. Kingston will need all his friends, family, and the WWE Universe to have his back because he’s going to do everything he said he was going to do. Kingston better be ready to not just fight for the WWE Championship, but for his life. Lashley will box him up and send him to the circus with the rest of the clowns. The circus is dead and after this Sunday, so is Kingston’s career.
