The Briscoe Brothers, Jay and Mark Briscoe, were reportedly expected to be backstage at tonight’s Dynamite in Virginia, according to Fightful Select.
It’s not confirmed yet if they were actually at the show.
The former 11-time ROH World Tag Team Champions were signed by Ring of Honor, but ROH announced last month that everyone on their roster would be released in the coming months and that the promotion would take a hiatus to “reimagine” itself. They reportedly also allowed everyone on their roster to be granted their release if requested. Jay Lethal did just that and signed with AEW last week.
In addition to being 11 time ROH World Tag Team Champions, Jay Briscoe is also a two time former ROH World Champion and they’re former IWGP Tag Team Champions and the current GCW Tag Team Champions.
