WarnerMedia & TNT Wanting Only One Women’s Match Per AEW Show Rumor Debunked

Rumors over the past year of AEW only being allowed to hold one women’s match per Dynamite show due to orders from WarnerMedia and TNT have been debunked, according to Fightful Select.

It was reported that sources spoken to within AEW and TNT stated that there was never a rule or something passed down by WarnerMedia and TNT officials that strictly limited AEW television shows to only being allowed to have one women’s match per show.

WarnerMedia officials reportedly are more focused about AEW providing good content and particularly enjoy when AEW’s shows have a good social rating and television ratings than limiting the amount of women’s wrestling for AEW shows.
