Anthony Ogogo returned to the ring for AEW tonight for the first time since June at the Dark: Elevation tapings before Dynamite in Georgia.
Ogogo teamed with his The Factory stablemates QT Marshall, Nick Comoroto and Aaron Solo in an eight man tag match against four “enhancement wrestlers.” Ogogo picked up the win for his team with a knockout punch. The Dark: Elevation episode should air on AEW’s YouTube channel on Monday.
Ogogo last wrestled on the June 4 Dynamite, teaming with QT Marshall to defeat Cody Rhodes & Lee Johnson.
Ogogo said in July that he underwent eye surgery – the tenth eye surgery that he’s had – so that’s why he’s been out of action.
I’m gonna hurt ya, @RealBillyGunn I’m going to hurt you! Bruised and a bit banged up but I’m still the hardest bastard in @AEW. pic.twitter.com/oBMIgAXEt7
