NJPW Ends Partnership with MLW, Pulls Will Ospreay from Scheduled MLW Debut

New Japan Pro Wrestling reportedly recently ended their working partnership with Major League Wrestling, according to SESScoops.com.

It was reported that one source spoken to stated that the reason why NJPW officials decided to end their working partnership with MLW was due to them being upset that MLW was also working with their main rival All-Japan Pro Wrestling. This same source stated that this “didn’t sit well” with NJPW which led to the decision to end their partnership around mid-November.

It was also reported that NJPW also recently pulled Will Ospreay from his upcoming scheduled debut and bookings for MLW as a result of the end of the partnership between both companies.

Following the release of the report, Ospreay commented on Twitter stating that he still is interested in working for MLW at some point in the future.
