Before he was released by WWE last month, the plan was for Jeff Hardy to play the role of MSK’s “shaman” in NXT, according to Fightful Select.
Hardy reportedly shot “numerous” segments as MSK’s shaman, Fightful says, but days before he was set to be revealed, he was released. This left WWE scrambling and they had to rush to shoot segments with Riddle, who played the shaman role instead.
Riddle & MSK will take on WALTER & Imperium in a six man tag match tonight on NXT.
