WWE reportedly recently released another high level executive from the company, according to PWInsider.
Mike Johnson reported that WWE’s Manager of Global Talent Strategy and Development Lisette Pineda was recently let go by the company.
Johnson reported that those spoken to stated that Pineda had worked extremely close to Paul “Triple H” Levesque in a role described as Levesque’s “top executive assistant.” Several sources stated that they had felt it was only a matter of time before she was let go due to Levesque still has yet to return to work full-time since suffering heart-related issues. Pineda’s role within the company reportedly was stated to limited at best without him around.
Johnson reported that Pineda’s exit from the company also recently sparked talks within the company over if Levesque would ever be returning back to his old job. Many people who used to be in constant contact with him reportedly haven’t spoken to him in some time and there has been no indication of when he might be able to return.
Prior to her departure, Pineda had been with WWE since January of 2020.
