More on AEW & DDT Pro Wrestling’s Working Relationship

As noted before, AEW recently announced that they have signed a deal with DDT Pro Wrestling for a working relationship between both companies.

The Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer reported in Sunday’s Daily Update that besides DDT, this new deal will also include more back-and-forth talent exchanges between AEW and Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling.

Meltzer reported that his sources stated that AEW’s new deal will not have any impact on the company’s current working relationship with New Japan Pro Wrestling. AEW talent reportedly will still be able to work for NJPW for their Strong series tapings and events in the United States.

Hernandez’s Impact Wrestling Contract Status Update

Impact Wrestling talent Hernandez reportedly has recently left the company, according to Fightful Select.

It was reported that their sources stated that Hernandez’s contract recently expired and this was the reason why he was written off with an injury angle from Impact programming this past January.

It was reported that Hernandez confirmed that he has finished his commitments with Impact and is still on good terms with the company. Hernandez also stated that he could potentially work for the company again in the future due to the door being left open for him by Impact officials.
