Tommaso Ciampa was officially called up from NXT to Raw on tonight’s Raw episode.
In a backstage interview segment, he was welcomed as the “newest member of Monday Night Raw.” Before he could say a word, he was interrupted by Ezekiel, Elias’s younger brother, who wanted to welcome him to Raw. Kevin Owens then interrupted and called Ezekiel a liar, saying that he knows he’s Elias, but Ezekiel said that Owens was mistaken and walked away. Owens shouted at Ciampa that Ezekiel is Elias, but Ciampa said it’s an easy mistake to make, but that’s Ezekiel, Elias’s younger brother.
.@NXTCiampa is officially on #WWERaw, Ezekiel is still Elias’ younger brother and @FightOwensFight might be going insane.

Ciampa also wrestled on WWE Main Event before Raw tonight, beating T-Bar.
Ciampa finished up with NXT at NXT Stand & Deliver last Saturday, losing to Tony D’Angelo. Triple H appeared on stage after the match to give him a goodbye and the crowd chanted “Thank you Ciampa.”
