Tommaso Ciampa Reportedly Called Up to Raw Roster

Tommaso Ciampa has been called up to the WWE Raw roster and is in Detroit today, where Raw is taking place tonight, according to PWInsider.

Ciampa finished up with NXT at NXT Stand & Deliver last Saturday, losing to Tony D’Angelo. Triple H appeared on stage after the match to give him a goodbye and the crowd chanted “Thank you Ciampa.”

Ciampa has wrestled on Raw a few times recently in a program with Dolph Ziggler and has wrestled in several dark matches and matches on Main Event this year.

It was reported last week by Fightful Select that Ciampa has been pitched as a possible member of Edge’s stable with Damian Priest, but it was just a pitch and plans can always change. Rhea Ripley is another person who has been pitched for the stable, Fightful also said.
