Eddie Kingston vs. Konosuke Takeshita

This was a good match and the crowd got really into it especially towards the end.

Towards the end, they exchanged punches, then Kingston hit Takeshita with a half and half, dropping him on his head. Takeshita got right back up and went for a flying knee, but missed, then Kingston hit him with a spinning back fist. Takeshita stayed on his feet and nailed Kingston with a jumping knee, then Kingston hit him with another spinning back fist and Takeshita went down. Kingston then fell backwards on top of Takeshita and got the 1-2-3.

Jonathan Gresham & Lee Moriarty vs. Gates of Agony

Gates of Agony is Kaun and Toa Liona. They came out with their manager, Tully Blanchard.

Gates of Agony controlled basically the entire match, working over Lee Moriarty for several minutes. At one point, Moriarty tried to tag Gresham, but Gresham was distracted by Blanchard.

Later, Moriarty finally was able to get the upper hand and tried to tag in Gresham, but Gresham moved his hand away, then jumped off of the apron and walked away, then he hugged Tully Blanchard on the ramp as Moriarty looked shocked.

In the ring, Gates of Agony took out Moriarty, with Kaun hitting him with a lariat, then Liona dropping him on his knees with a gutbuster for the win.

Winners: Gates of Agony

Backstage: Eddie Kingston

Kingston cut a promo praising Takeshita and said he’s been wanting to get in the ring with him for a while, but he said now he’s going to turn his attention to Chris Jericho again. He said Jericho will pay for what he did to his friends and he wants “barbed wire everywhere.”

Serena Deeb & Mercedes Martinez vs. Kayla Sparks & Christina Marie

Deeb and Martinez made quick work of their opponents. Martinez hit a forearm on Marie, then Deeb tagged herself in and locked in the Serenity Lock for the win.

Winners: Serena Deeb & Mercedes Martinez

Deeb kept the hold locked on after the bell, then Martinez pulled her off. They got in each other’s faces, then the ref raised their arms. Deeb then attacked Martinez and locked her in the Serenity Lock as Martinez tapped. Deeb picked up the ROH Women’s World Championship and smiled at the fallen Martinez.

Backstage: Jonathan Gresham & Tully Blanchard

Backstage, Schiavone asked Gresham why he wouldn’t tag in his partner Moriarty. Gresham said that Moriarty isn’t his partner. He said he signed in March and has been sitting at home until he got a call from Tully Blanchard. He laid out his plan and he’d be a fool not to listen to him.

Schiavone said that Moriarty will get a shot at the ROH World Championship on Rampage next week.

Orange Cassidy vs. Tony Nese

If Nese wins, Cassidy has to sign Mark Sterling’s “The People vs. Swerve Strickland” petition to get Strickland removed from the AEW roster.

Mark Henry did his usual interview before the match. Sterling laid out the stipulations, and Danhausen walked in wearing a sloppy suit jacket and tie and said “objection!” He said that he’s OC’s lawyer and all questions should be directed at him or else it’s “hearsay.” OC said, “Yeah, I don’t care.” Nese said Cassidy doesn’t take anything seriously and he’s making a big mistake.

To the ring, Nese was accompanied by Mark Sterling, and Cassidy was accompanied by Best Friends and Danhausen. Best Friends went backstage after his entrance.

Cassidy kept trying to put his hands in his pockets early on, but Nese kept foiling him. Nese knocked Cassidy down and he finally put his hands on his pockets while down on the mat, then nailed Nese with a dropkick.

Nese took control and tossed Cassidy out of the ring, though, and Sterling kicked Cassidy as the ref was distracted. Later, Sterling tried to get on the apron, but Danhausen pulled him down. He was about to curse Sterling, but Nese dropkicked Danhausen on the outside.

Back in the ring, Cassidy hit a crossbody and a Stundog Millionaire, then a Michinoku Driver but Nese kicked out. Cassidy went for the Orange Punch, but Nese ducked and hit a German Suplex and a spinning kick. Nese went for a pumphandle, but Cassidy reversed into a DDT, and another. Cassidy then went ot the top and hit a top rope diving DDT, planting Nese on his head, but Nese kicked out.

Cassidy pulled off his elbow pad, but Sterling got on the apron again. Cassidy gave him some “vicious” soft kicks, and Sterling faked falling down, faking an injury and potential lawsuit. Off the distraction, Nese nailed Cassidy with a pumphandle driver, but Cassidy kicked out.

Nese went for a running knee in the corner, but missed. Ref Aubrey checked on Nese, and Sterling climbed into the ring and tried to hit OC with a clipboard, but Danhausen grabbed it from behind and punched Sterling in the dick and tossed him out of the ring. Danhausen then cursed Nese. OC hit an Orange Punch, 1-2-3. Good match.

Winner: Orange Cassidy

OC and Danhausen celebrated in the ring. OC put his sunglasses on Danhausen and gave a thumbs up as the show went off the air.
