WWE recently announced that the card of next month’s Royal Rumble 2023 event on January 28, 2023 in San Antonio, Texas will feature the first ever “Pitch Black” match in company history.
In regards to the match itself, it was advertised that “When it’s the Pitch Black match, anything can happen” and it is officially sponsored by Mountain Dew.

This match is currently rumored to involve Bray Wyatt and be his first official televised match since his return at Extreme Rules 2022 this past October.
