Impact TV Tapings New Years Revolution Night 1 Spoilers – New Debuts & Former Talents Return

Impact Wrestling held a new set of Impact! television tapings on Friday at the Osceola Heritage Park in Orlando, Florida. This new set of tapings focused on the build for Impact’s upcoming No Surrender 2023 event on February 24th in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Among the notable moments from the tapings include the official Impact debut of Steph De Lander, former Persia Pirotta in WWE NXT. Other notable surprises included the return of Father James Mitchell and the Impact debut of The Hex (Allysin Kay & Marti Belle).

This set of tapings also included a new match being officially added to the card of Impact’s No Surrender 2023 event next month. This is a singles match of Jonathan Gresham vs. “Speedball” Mike Bailey.

Full results from Impact’s New Year’s Revolution Night 1 spoilers (to air on Feb. 2nd & 9th):

• Ten bell salute was held in honor of Jay Briscoe at the start of the tapings.
• Jonathan Gresham defeated Aiden Prince.
• Following the match, Gresham said he turned his back on wrestling and then the company he loved closed its doors. IMPACT was the place for him to return to what he loves. He challenged Mike Bailey to a match at IMPACT No Surrender.
• “Speedball” Mike Bailey defeated Raj Singh.
• Following the match, Bailey accepted Gresham’s match challenge.
• Ace Austin & Chris Bey defeated KUSHIDA & Kevin Knight.
• Gisele Shaw defeated Savannah Evans.
• Following the match Shaw gave a promo taking credit for running off Tasha Steelz, Chelsea Green, and The Influence (Cassie Lee & Jessie McKay).
• Crazzy Steve defeated Sheldon Jean. Following the match, Trey Miguel ambush attacks Steve but Steve manages to fight back.
• Bully Ray says no one likes him. He calls Tommy Dreamer a phony. Mickie James confronts Bully and calls him a politicking snake and he needs to leave IMPACT. Bully calls her a tramp, Mickie slaps him, Bully slams her, Tommy Dreamer makes the save. Tommy Dreamer wants to team with Mickie James to face Bully Ray’s Goons (John Skyler & Jason Hotch). Santino Marella makes it official and Bully Ray banned from ringside.
• Kenny King defeated Johnny Swinger. Following the match, King gave a promo putting every champion on notice.
• The Design (Angels, Deaner, & Kon) & Sami Callihan defeated Josh Alexander, Frankie Kazarian, Yuya Uemura, & Rich Swann
• Qualifying match for #1 Contender’s for Impact World Championship at No Surrender 2023 – Brian Myers defeated Dirty Dango.
• Steph De Lander made her surprise Impact debut & gave a promo saying that the Knockouts division are shaking in their boots.
• Jordynne Grace defeated Steph De Lander.
• Death Dollz (Rosemary & Taya Valkyrie) defeated Killer Kelly & Taylor Wilde. Following the match, James Mitchell came out and says he’s putting a Hex on Rosemary. Allysin Kay & Marti Belle attack the Death Dollz.
• Qualifying match for #1 Contender’s for Impact World Championship at No Surrender 2023 – PCO defeated Mahabali Shera.
• Tommy Dreamer & Mickie James defeated The Good Hands (John Skyler & Jason Hotch). Following the match, Bully Ray and Masha Slamovich attacked Dreamer and James.
• Impact Digital Media Championship – Joe Hendry (c) defeated Matt Cardona. Following the match, Moose ran in and tried to attack Hendry but hit Cardona instead.
• Impact World Tag Team Championship – The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) (c) defeated Eddie Edwards & Trey Miguel
