AEW: Jon Moxley Pulled from OTT Scrappermania 7, Kota Ibushi on Potential Deal, Dark Elevation Results

Jon Moxley pulled from OTT’s Scrappermania 7 Event, AEW Sending Replacement Talents

As noted before, Jon Moxley’s scheduled appearance for Over The Top Wrestling’s upcoming Scrappermania 7 event on March 18th in Dublin, Ireland is currently in serious doubt due to Moxley currently being double booked for an AEW house show event that same day in Troy, Ohio.

OTT announced earlier today that they have pulled Moxley from the card of their upcoming Scrappermania 7 event and confirmed that it was due to schedule-related issues with AEW. It was also announced that AEW will be sending two replacement talents for Moxley for their event. One of the talents was announced to be Eddie Kingston while the other will be officially revealed later this week.

“Unfortunately AEW have confirmed that due to a newly added live event on March 18th in Ohio, USA, Jon Moxley will no longer be able to appear at OTT ScrapperMania 7. However, AEW have confirmed that they will send two replacements, one of whom will be Eddie Kingston with second name to be confirmed in the coming days. We would like to express our deepest apologies to our fans who have been looking forward to seeing Jon Moxley but our team are working hard around the clock to make sure ScrapperMania 7 surpasses all expectations.”

It was also announced that those who had purchased tickets for a fan meet and greet with Moxley at their upcoming event can request either a refund or an exchange for a ticket to their ScrapperMania FanFest.

Kota Ibushi on His Conditions for Potential Deal with AEW

As noted before, Kota Ibushi left New Japan Pro Wrestling this past January following the expiration of his contract and is currently a free agent. Ibushi recently gave his conditions for a potential signing with WWE.

Dark Puroresu Flowsion held a recent interview with Ibushi. One of the topics discussed included Ibushi’s thoughts on his conditions that he would want AEW to agree to in order for him to consider signing a potential deal with their company instead.

“In the case of a contract with AEW, I would like to sign a contract with AEW that I will participate in for about a week every month until the basic foundation of the dojo is solidified.”
