Bray Wyatt Reportedly Dealing with “Physical Illness”, Creative Issues Walk Out Rumor Debunked

Bray Wyatt reportedly is currently dealing with an unknown illness, according to Fightful Select.

It was reported that one WWE source spoken to stated that the recent rumors of Wyatt no-showing Sunday’s WWE house show event at Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York being due to him walking out over backstage creative issues are not true.

Instead, it was reported that the reason for Wyatt’s no-show was due to him currently dealing with an undisclosed “physical illness.” Details regarding the nature and severity of this illness is currently not known beyond WWE officials currently not having any timetable in mind for his return.

It was reported that Wyatt had been originally scheduled to work at other recent house show events and SmackDown shows but was pulled due to his current illness. Despite his current illness, WWE reportedly was still going forward with Wyatt’s feud against Bobby Lashley for next month’s WrestleMania 39 event.

It was also reported that while Wyatt and Uncle Howdy materials are sent to the site of weekly SmackDown shows, this has not been the case for the past two weeks shows. The reason reportedly was due to WWE officials did not have any creative plans for Wyatt at those shows and made the decision to not send the stuff needed for him as a result.

It was also reported that both Wyatt and Lashley are currently not scheduled to attend tonight’s RAW show in Providence, Rhode Island.
