Dark Side of The Ring Season Four to Debut This May, Topics for Seven Episodes Revealed

Season 4 of the Dark Side of the Ring series reportedly is currently scheduled to debut this May, according to Variety.

It was reported that this upcoming new season will be ten episodes in total, similar to prior seasons, and will debut on May 30th on VICE TV.

It was also reported that this upcoming new season will be featuring episodes based on Chris Candido and Tammy “Sunny” Sytch, Magnum T.A., Abdullah the Butcher, and Marty Jannetty.

“Dark Side of the Ring” is narrated by wrestling legend Chris Jericho. The official description of the fourth season states that it will “explore stories like the emotional rollercoaster of one of wrestling’s most captivating and controversial couples, Chris Candido and Tammy “Sunny” Sytch, the car accident that derailed the career of future World Champion Magnum T.A., wrestling’s most unhinged monster, Abdullah the Butcher, a focused look on the troubled life of Marty Jannetty, Shawn Michaels’ former tag team partner, and much more.”

PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources revealed the topics for three other episodes currently scheduled for this upcoming new season. These three other episodes reportedly will be based on Mike Awesome, Bam Bam Bigelow, and The Sandman.

Johnson also reported that Mick Foley, Jim Cornette, Terry Funk, Taz, and Hacksaw Jim Duggan were among those interviewed for this upcoming new season.

A trailer for Dark Side of the Ring’s upcoming fourth season was also recently released.
