“Filthy” Tom Lawlor Makes Surprise AEW Debut at Rampage, New Match Added to Forbidden Door II

Friday’s AEW Rampage show in Chicago, Illinois featured “Filthy” Tom Lawor and Royce Isaacs making their surprise appearances and debut in AEW.

During a promo segment on the show involving Adam Cole and MJF, MJF thanked Cole for helping him accept his match against Hiroshi Tanahashi for this Sunday’s Forbidden Door II match. MJF stated that in return he got Cole booked for a match at Forbidden Door II as a gift against “Filthy” Tom Lawlor.

Lawlor and Royce Isaacs then made their surprise appearances and attacked Cole while MJF mockingly kept telling Cole that he would get down to the ring to save him but needed to do a bunch of things first. After finally finishing his nonchalant slow walk to the ring, MJF stated in a mocking tone that he was sorry he was not able to come to Cole’s aid in time.
