The Infantry (Shawn Dean & Carlie Bravo) vs. The Kingdom (Mike Bennett & Matt Taven)

The Infantry isolated Taven to start. Bravo got caught in the wrong corner, catching a Kick of the King to get knocked off of the apron. Bennett tagged in and hit a rolling elbow to the back of the head for a nearfall. A brainbuster/frog splash combo got the Kingdom a nearfall. Bravo ducked Just The Tip and made the tag to Dean.

Dean ran wild on both men until Maria tripped him up. Taven caught Dean with a spin kick, leading to the Kingdom hitting the Proton Pack for the win.

Winner: The Kingdom via Pinfall.

Skye Blue vs. Trish Adora

This was a really good match for its spot on the card. Blue has improved a good bit since the Ring of Honor rollout, and Adora had a quality showing as well.

After some arm work, Adora hit a big boot for a nearfall. Blue blocked an O’Connor Roll and caught Adora with a series of kicks. Blue tried evading a charging Adora, but Adora caught her up in the ropes and dropped her with a backbreaker. Adora hit a vertical suplex for a nearfall.

The crowd chanted for Blue as she scored a nearfall with an inside cradle. Adora booted her in the gut and tied her up in an inverted Cobra Twist. Blue got back to her feet and took Adora down with a headscissors. Blue hit the rising knee and a running boot for a nearfall. Adora caught Blue with a wheelbarrow suplex for a nearfall.

Blue slipped out of a suplex, catching Adora with two superkicks and a Code Blue for a nearfall. Blue caught the Lariat Tubman and hit Skyfall for the win.

Winner: Skye Blue via Pinfall.

Dark Order (Evil Uno, John Silver, & Alex Reynolds) vs. Stu Grayson & The Righteous (Vincent & Dutch)

Uno forearmed Vincent into the corner, leading to Grayson tagging in. Grayson fought his former teammates with no issue. Vincent tagged in, but Reynolds and Silver got the better of him with quick offense. Reynolds was on the apron when Grayson ran distraction. That allowed Vincent to chuck Reynolds off the apron into a Black Hole Slam from Dutch on the floor.

The Righteous and Grayson ran offensive combos on Reynolds in their corner. Reynolds fought out of the corner only to run into a big back body drop from Dutch. Grayson tagged in, but Reynolds caught him with a pop-up knee and made the tag to Uno. Uno ran wild, dumping Dutch to the floor and hitting Vincent with a brainbuster. Silver tagged in and hit Dutch with a German suplex. Grayson broke up the fall and tagged in.

The match broke down into a Pier Six brawl, ending with Dutch hitting a dive over the top to Silver and Reynolds. Uno fired up on Grayson, but Vincent ran distraction. Grayson hit Nightfall with some hesitation. Vincent tagged in and sniped the pin for his team to win.

Winner: Stu Grayson & The Righteous via Pinfall.

Backstage, Dasha was with both Zack Sabre Jr. & Samoa Joe. Joe took credit for their tag team win last week. Sabre said that they have more in common than they originally thought, calling themselves the Island Boys. They were both very aggressively clear on who the best TV Champion was in wrestling.

Diamante vs. Promise Braxton

Diamante caught Braxton with a knee after a rollup attempt. Diamante hit a shotgun dropkick for another nearfall. Braxton transitioned into a Northern Lights suplex for a nearfall. Diamante poked Braxton in the eyes and clotheslined Braxton down. Diamante clubbered on Braxton in the corner, but Braxton ducked a corner charge and sent Diamante into the post.

Braxton hit a gutbuster and followed it with a Meteora to the back of the head for a nearfall. Diamante elbowed out of a Fireman’s Carry and hit a German Suplex. Diamante locked Braxton in a straitjacket submission for the win.

Winner: Diamante via Submission.

Brian Cage vs. Willie Mack

Another fun singles match here. Mack made Cage work harder than he usually has to on these ROH shows, giving Cage a real fight here.

Riccaboni brought up the extensive history these two have had with each other on the independent scene. Mack caught Cage with a running kick, but Cage quickly came back with a side suplex. Cage dumped Mack in the corner and clubbered on him, dumping Mack with another suplex for a nearfall. Mack came back with chops, but Cage hit a jumping knee before popping off a snap suplex.

Mack caught Cage with a T-Bone suplex. Mack hit a pair of running boots in the corner before landing a cannonball. Mack hit the Samoan Drop and followed it with the standing moonsault for a nearfall. Cage pushed off a Stunner attempt and hit a big boot. Mack fought out of an F-5 attempt and kicked Cage in the head on a discus lariat attempt.

They traded German suplexes before meeting in the middle with a double clothesline. Mack got Cage with a Stunner and hit a frog splash for a nearfall. Cage caught Mack with a pumphandle suplex before scoring the win with a discus lariat.

Winner: Brian Cage via Pinfall.

NJPW World Television Championship
Rocky Romero vs. Zack Sabre Jr. (c)

This is Sabre’s first of three promoted title matches in the next four days, with matches against Action Andretti on AEW Rampage and Jeff Cobb at New Japan’s Dominion show.

These two grappled to start, as expected. Romero picked up the pace with a headscissors. Sabre ended up on the apron, where Romero wrung up his arm on the ropes. Romero tied Sabre in the ropes and hit a springboard dropkick. Romero hit two dives to the floor, but on the third dive, Sabre caught Romero in a cravate. He pulled Romero to the apron and hit the neck crank to get control.

Sabre wrenched on Romero’s legs until Romero spun to the ropes. Sabre stuffed a roll-up and hit another neck crank. At the five-minute call, Sabre caught a Romero chop and hit an uppercut to the arm. Romero twisted out of a cravate and hit a suplex. Sabre slipped out of another headscissors and caught Romero in an ankle lock. Romero hit the rewind kick to get out of it.

Romero hit a tornado DDT for a nearfall. Romero tried to catch Sabre with an armbar in the ropes, but Sabre transitioned it into a submission of his own in the ropes. Sabre dropkicked Romero in the back of the head for a nearfall. Sabre hit a series of European uppercuts, but Romero caught his arm and hit an armbreaker. Romero caught Sabre with a jumping knee, then followed it with a running Sliced Bread for a nearfall.

At the ten-minute call, Sabre reversed a Sliced Bread into a submission. They got into a pinning predicament that ended in a close nearfall for Romero. Romero caught Sabre in the Diablo Armbar, but Sabre quickly transitioned into a Calf Killer. He transitioned that into a Ground Cobra for the quick tap and the win. Sabre succeeded in his eighth defense of the NJPW World TV Title.

Winner: Zack Sabre Jr. via Submission to retain the NJPW World Television Championship.

The WorkHorsemen (Anthony Henry & JD Drake) vs. Darius Martin & Action Andretti

The Workhorsemen continue to impress. Andretti and Martin work very well for a makeshift team.

Martin and Henry started, with Henry catching Martin with a big kick. Drake tagged in and stuffed an armdrag before bowling over Martin with a shoulder block. Andretti tagged in and sent Henry flying with a dropkick. He hit a springboard splash on Henry for a one count. Andretti dropkicked Henry into a crucifx pin for a nearfall.

Martin fought off the rebound forearm from Drake, but Henry dropkicked Martin into a second forearm to take control. The Workhorsemen clubbered on Martin until he was able to slip out and make a tag to Andretti. Andretti ran wild, but Henry cut off an Andretti springboard with a German suplex. The Workhorsemen hit an End of Days with a kick for a nearfall that Martin broke up. Andretti and Martin came back to isolate Henry and hit a pendulum slam for the win.

Winner: Darius Martin & Action Andretti via Pinfall.

The Butcher, The Blade, & Kip Sabian vs. Shogun, Bryce Saturn, & Jakob Austin Young

The local talent tried to get a jumpstart to this match, but the AEW trio quickly got control. Sabian hit the Anarchist Suplex, with Butcher and the Blade hitting a tag team powerbomb for the almost instantaneous victory.

Winner: The Butcher, The Blade, & Kip Sabian via Pinfall.

Jack Cartwheel, Serpentico, & Angelico vs. El Hijo del Vikingo, Komander, & Bandido

This match was an absolute blast. Jack Cartwheel in particular was unbelievably crisp in his high-flying.

Komander and Angelico started off. Angelico hit a pair of armdrags to start, no doubt signaling the grounded, technical affair about to take place. Bandido and Serpentico tagged in, with Serpentico catching Bandido with a boot. Bandido did a handstand out of a rana before a pinning predicament ended in a standoff. Cartwheel and Vikingo tagged in, with Cartwheel sweeping Vikingo’s feet and hitting a full corkscrew senton for a nearfall.

Things quickly broke down. Luther cut off dives from the lucha team, setting up Cartwheel to hit a picture-perfect Sasuke Special. Komander tried to evade a Cartwheel dive, but Cartwheel remained fluid and hit a cartwheeling moonsault for a nearfall. Komander cartwheeled into a Code Red and made the tag to Bandido. Serpentico cut off Bandido’s one-armed gorilla press, but Vikingo tagged in and rana’d Angelico to the floor. The lucha trio got to hit their triple dive to their opponents on the floor.

Cartwheel got isolated and popped up into a Vikingo dropkick for a nearfall. Bandido press slammed Serpentico into Luther on the floor before diving onto them. Komander hit his ropewalk splash onto Angelico. Vikingo and Cartwheel were left in the ring, where Vikingo hit a second rope poisonrana. Vikingo hit the 630 for the win.

Winner: El Hijo del Vikingo, Komander, & Bandido via Pinfall.

ROH Pure Championship
Alex Coughlin vs. Katsuyori Shibata (c)

This was a great grappling exchange from this teacher and student pairing. It’s still a pleasant surprise to see Shibata wrestling on a regular basis again.

This was Shibata’s second title defence. The three judges were BJ Whitmer, Jerry Lynn, & Madison Rayne.

Shibata grabbed an armbar quickly, forcing Coughlin to use his first rope break. Shibata caught Coughlin in another submission, this time a triangle choke, forcing Coughlin to burn his second rope break. Shibata outclassed Coughlin early on, taking advantage of his knowledge base. Shibata transitioned into a Cobra Twist attempt before locking Coughlin’s arms behind his back. Coughlin used his final rope break to get out, but Shibata remained on offence, hitting the corner dropkick for a nearfall.

Shibata locked Coughlin in a leg lace, drilling Coughlin with forearms when he tried to sit up out of it. Shibata tried to catch a double wristlock, but Coughlin stood up with Shibata in a vertical suplex and hit it. Coughlin chopped Shibata repeatedly before hitting a bridging fallaway slam for a nearfall. Coughlin hit a gutwrench suplex for a nearfall. Coughlin tried transitioning a gutwrench suplex into an armbar, but Shibata transitioned into a triangle choke. Coughlin picked Shibata up and powerbombed him to get out.

Shibata stood up through a clothesline attempt, but a shoulder block from Coughlin knocked him down. Shibata rolled out of a suplex attempt into a sleeper hold, then hit the Penalty Kick for the win.

Winner: Katsuyori Shibata via Pinfall to retain the ROH Pure Championship.

Kiera Hogan vs. Athena (c)

Not one of Athena’s typical dominating victories here, as it looks like this won’t be a one-time challenge. Hogan did look like she had hurt her arm at the end of the post-match brawl, so you hope it isn’t too serious.

This was Athena’s tenth defense of the title. Athena drilled Hogan to start before hitting a big boot. Hogan rolled Athena up before hitting a squisher against the ropes. Hogan hit an enzuigiri, but Athena avoided the curb stomp-style leg drop. Athena hit an arm wringer, slamming Hogan down by the shoulder. Athena threw Hogan into the barricade shoulder first. Hogan beat the twenty count back into the ring, but Athena kept control with a hammerlock suplex.

Athena drilled Hogan with slaps before cranking on a standing armbar of sorts. Hogan maneuvered out and hit a superkick. Hogan hit the curb stomp leg drop for a nearfall. Athena caught a crossbody and hit a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Athena hit an armbreaker before locking on a Fujiwara armbar. Hogan rolled Athena back on her shoulders for a nearfall.

Athena lifted Hogan to the top rope, but Hogan caught her with a hurricanrana. Hogan followed with a hip attack. Hogan hit a pair of high kicks and a satellite DDT for a nearfall. Hogan couldn’t hit the side suplex, so she tried to O’Connor roll Athena. Athena stuffed the cover and held the tights to win and retain the title.

Winner: Athena via Pinfall to retain the ROH Women’s World Championship.

Hogan jumped Athena from behind, sending her into the stairs. Security tried breaking it up, but Hogan pulled a guard in the way of an Athena dropkick. Athena pulled a guard in the way of a Hogan superkick. Security eventually pulled the women apart in the ring, as the crowd chanted let them fight. Athena brawled with security as we faded to black.
