First Hour of Monday’s WWE RAW Show to Air Commercial-Free

WWE announced earlier today on Twitter that the first hour of tonight’s RAW show in Nashville, Tennessee will be airing commercial-free.

This upcoming show is currently advertised to feature both CM Punk and Randy Orton making an appearance following their official returns at this past Saturday’s Survivor Series 2023 event.

Seth Rollins’ Outburst at WWE Survivor Series 2023 Update – Rollins Comments on CM Punk’s Return at Sunday’s House Show Event

As noted before, CM Punk made his surprise return to WWE at this past Saturday’s Survivor Series WarGames 2023 event at the AllState Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. Following Punk’s appearance, Seth Rollins caused an incident at ringside resulting in him having to be restrained by several people. Rollins’ actions at the event was later confirmed to have been a work and not something legit over Punk’s return.

During Sunday’s WWE house show event in Peoria, Illinois, Rollins gave a promo to the live crowd following his victory over Drew McIntyre to retain his WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Rollins commented about CM Punk’s recent return stating:

“Did you guys watch WarGames last night? [crowd chants ‘CM Punk’]. You already know how I feel about that, I said as much last night. I’m not going to waste any more breath on somebody that has been gone for eight years, has done nothing but try and tear this place down. Instead, I’m going to take my time and use my breath on talking about the people who have been here all along. That’s everybody in the back who has made WWE the hottest ticket in town. That’s every single one of you who are here tonight. I could end this on a sour note like that, but I don’t want to. You guys have some beautiful singing voices.”

Update on Drew McIntyre’s Outburst at WWE Survivor Series 2023

As noted before, CM Punk made his surprise return to WWE at this past Saturday’s Survivor Series WarGames 2023 event at the AllState Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. Besides Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre had also caused an incident following the Men’s WarGames match and continued backstage involving McIntyre being frustrated over an unknown issue and stormed out of the venue after grabbing his stuff backstage.

During Sunday’s WWE house show event in Peoria, Illinois, a video aired featuring McIntyre giving a backstage promo about his team’s loss in the Men’s WarGames match at Survivor Series 2023 and referenced the reports of him storming out of the venue afterwards.

“I didn’t win the World Title match recently, WarGames last night. My stupid team lost the match for me. You’ve heard things probably on the internet. Not in a great place, but there is one thing that can turn frown upside down, that can change things for me, and it’s getting that World Title. I can’t think of anywhere better than for Big D to finally raise his first world title in front of live fans than right here in Peoria, Illinois. Cheap pop. I have a game plan. I’m going to take Shin’s [Shinsuke Nakamura’s] head and kick it like a field goal. I’ve learn a lot about American football recently. With Seth, I’m going to break his back, make him humble, kick his arse, and take that World Title. Then, we’re having an afterparty, it’s going to be huge.”
