WWE NXT Taping Spoilers for November 21st Episode

WWE held a double set of television tapings on Tuesday at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

The first taping was for Tuesday’s live episode of NXT while the second taping was held right afterwards and will be for the November 21st episode.

The reason for the double set of tapings is due to WWE taking next week off for their NXT brand as a break for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Full results from WWE’s NXT tapings on November 14th:

  • NXT Women’s Championship match of Xia Li vs. Lyra Valkyria (c) went to a No Contest due to Li attacking Valkyria during her entrance and Valkyria needing medical assistance to the back. It is assumed that this match was meant to open the show and there likely will be follow up segments explaining what happened.
  • Angel Garza & Humberto Carrillo defeated Malik Blade & Edris Enofe
  • Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge Qualifier match – Josh Briggs defeated Carmelo Hayes. Near the end of the match, Lexis King ran out and distracted Hayes from hitting his Nothing But Net. This led to Briggs hitting a lariat and top rope moonsault combo for the pinfall victory to advance to the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge match.
  • Wes Lee gave an in-ring promo talking about wanting to get back the NXT North American Championship. Dominik Mysterio came out and interrupted stating that there will be a #1 Contender’s for next week’s show with the winner to challenge him for his title at NXT Deadline 2023.
  • Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge Qualifier match – Blair Davenport defeated Thea Hail

Gable did hook Dar in an Grapevine Ankle Lock in the final moments of Round Six but Dar held on and only tapped after time had expired. Following the match, Alpha Academy and Meta-Four got into a confrontation resulting in Lash Legend shoving Maxxine Dupri and Otis laying out Oro Mensah out. Durpi shoved Legend back who then shoved Durpi into Otis who caught her in his arms and did a dance dip pose. This caused Legend to be grossed out and left the ring to rejoin Meta-Four outside.
