Jey Uso vs. Seth Rollins for WWE World Heavyweight Title Announced for Dec. 4th RAW Show

Monday’s RAW show also featured two new matches announced for next week’s RAW show on December 4th in Albany, New York.

The first new match announced was a WWE World Heavyweight Championship of Jey Uso vs. Seth Rollins (c).

This match was setup following an in-ring promo segment by Rollins and Drew McIntrye. Rollins came out to give a promo that was quickly interrupted by “CM Punk chants” by many people in the crowd. Rollins stated that he wants them to get it out of their systems since he does not want to spend another second or ounce of energy on that hypocrite and someone who does not matter at all. After some more words, Rollins stated that he had the itch again on wanting to be a fighting champion and had a talk with RAW General Manager Adam Pearce.

Before Rollins could continue, McIntyre came out and interrupted and stated that the last 48 hours has been crazy. McIntyre then talked about his and Judgement Day’s loss in the Men’s WarGames match and Judgement Day’s master plan being a failure. McIntyre then talked about having to focus again on what is the most important thing for him, which is the WWE World Heavyweight title. After some more talk, McIntyre demanded to get a rematch for Rollins title. Rollins rejected the offer stating that there were others more worthy waiting in line. McIntyre responded asking who was getting the title shot which Rollins revealed was Jey Uso. This led to McIntyre being furious and attacked Rollins resulting in Uso coming out to save Rollins.

The second new match announced was a singles match of Sami Zayn vs. Drew McIntyre.

This match was setup following a backstage segment involving Zayn and McIntyre. As McIntyre was walking backstage, Zayn confronted him and got heated over what McIntyre did to Rollins. Zayn stated that McIntyre is not unique since all the stuff he has complained about to Rollins was the same stuff Zayn also dealt with but the difference is he keeps getting up and moving forward since his destination is becoming a WWE World Champion. McIntyre responded stating that Zayn makes a few good points and he should climb back up the ladder starting with Zayn next week after he asks RAW GM Pearce for this match.

Current card for December 4th WWE RAW show:

  • WWE World Heavyweight Championship – Jey Uso vs. Seth Rollins (c)
