Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite drew 843,000 viewers on TBS, up from last week’s 782,000 viewers. This week’s show was notable for being the Dynamite New Year’s Smash 2023 special.
It drew a 0.31 rating in the 18-49 key demographic, up from last week’s 0.26 rating.
In an interesting note, AEW’s Dynamite show managed to top this past Monday’s WWE RAW show in overall viewership for the first time ever. This past Monday’s RAW show drew a series low 698,000 viewers.
This time last year on December 28, 2022, Dynamite drew 876,000 viewers and a 0.28 18-49 rating. The December 29, 2021 episode drew 975,000 viewers and a 0.37.
