Liv Morgan Arrested in Florida for Marijuana Possession Earlier This Week

Village News reported that Liv Morgan, real name Gionna Daddio, was arrested on Thursday, December 14th in Florida for marijuana possession following a traffic stop.

It was reported that Morgan was charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoid, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug equipment. Morgan reportedly was booked in the Sumter County Detention Center and released later that day after posting a $3,000 bond.

It was also reported that the official police report for Morgan’s arrest stated that a Sumter County sheriff’s deputy had noticed Morgan was seen driving erratically on the road, crossing over the yellow and white lines several times. After Morgan was pulled over, the deputy detected the odor of marijuana when approaching her vehicle. A search of Morgan’s vehicle reportedly led to a small plastic bag containing marijuana being found along with a vape pen that had an oil-like substance that later tested positive for marijuana.

PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that Morgan is currently scheduled to be arraigned in court on February 12, 2024 at the Sumter County Courthouse in Florida based on recent court records.

Johnson reported that under Florida law, Morgan is currently facing the possibility of up to one year in jail for the possession of synthetic cannabinoid felony charge and also up to one year in jail for the possession of marijuana first degree misdemeanor charge against her.
