Bullet Club Gold Accepts The Acclaimed’s Offer to Unite as Bang Bang Scissor Gang

Saturday’s Collision show featured Bullet Club Gold and The Acclaimed & Billy Gunn officially uniting as a new super group called the “Bang Bang Scissor Gang.”

This was initially setup during last week’s Dynamite show involving The Acclaimed & Billy Gunn trying but failing to persuade Bullet Club Gold to unite their forces together due to them sharing the same enemies, the Undisputed Kingdom.

During tonight’s show, Bullet Club Gold came out to the ring with their newly won ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship belts. The Gunns proclaimed that the Bang Bang Gang has finally come back to Saturday which Jay White responded that it is a different vibe now that they are back but something is still missing. This led to Austin Gunn going out of the ring and grabbed a cardboard Juice Robinson from under the ring. Gunn brought Cardboard Juice back into the ring and stated that the gang is back together and then shouted out their “Gunns Up” catchphrase.

Before anything else could happen, The Acclaimed’s music played interrupting things and they came out to the ring while Billy Gunn attempted to pull off a Max Caster style rap diss and one liners directed towards BCG. Caster stated that if The Acclaimed and BCG joined forces, they could be unstoppable and this was something that the fans wanted. Caster then brought up how Billy Gunn wants some singles gold and how the people want to see The Acclaimed win the AEW Tag Team titles and White holding the AEW World title. This led to the crowd responding with “bang bang scissors gang” chants. Anthony Bowens stated that this could be them each week as the bang bang scissors gang, which led to the crowd chanting it back as a response. Bowens then stated that they wanted an answer tonight, which led to White and The Gunns backing away a bit and discussing the offer. BCG gave their response in the form of a scissor hand shake accepting the Acclaimed’s offer to form a new super group called the “Bang Bang Scissor Gang.”

Elimination Trios Steel Cage Match Set for Jan. 27th Collision Show

Saturday’s Collision show also featured one new match announced for the card of next week’s show on January 27th in Bossier City, Louisiana.

This new match announced was an Elimination Trios Steel Cage match of House of Black (Brody King, Buddy Matthews, & Malakai Black) vs. Daniel Garcia & FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood).

This match was setup following Garcia’s victory over Matthews in a singles match on the show. Following the match, House of Black attacked Garcia leading to FTR getting involved and a big brawl breaking out. This led to a lot of security and referees running out trying to put an end to the brawl to no avail leading to a lot of wrestlers running out to help break up the brawl, which they managed to eventually do after some time.

In a follow-up segment, FTR and Garcia were interviewed backstage by Lexy Nair. Harwood stated that he was still very angry and issued a challenge to House of Black for an Elimination style Trios match inside a Steel Cage for next week’s show to settle their issues once and for all.

Later in the show, it was announced that this match was made official for next week’s show.
