AEW: Trent Beretta Pulled from Wed. Dynamite Show, Kyle Fletcher Dealing with Visa Issues, New Dynamite & Collision Shows Announced for April 3rd

Trent Beretta Pulled from Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite Show

Prior to the start of Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show in Tulsa, Oklahoma, AEW CEO Tony Khan announced on Twitter that Trent Beretta was pulled from the show due to him not being medically cleared to compete following his involvement in last week’s Texas Death Match between Orange Cassidy and Matt Taven.


Kyle Fletcher Reportedly Dealing with Visa-Related Issues

As noted above, Trent Beretta was pulled from Wednesday’s Dynamite show due to not being medically cleared compete.

In a separate tweet, AEW CEO Tony Khan stated that this week has been one of the most hectic weeks in AEW history in regards to injuries and unexpected availability issues for AEW shows.

In regards to the “unexpected availability” issues, Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that Kyle Fletcher is currently dealing with work visa-related issues. It was reported that this is the reason for Fletcher’s recent absence from both AEW and Ring of Honor.

It was reported that AEW officials have been pleased with Fletcher’s work in the company while ROH’s plans for a feud between Ethan Page and Fletcher for Fletcher’s ROH World Television Championship have been put on hold for the time being until Fletcher’s visa issues are resolved.


AEW Announces New Dynamite & Collision Shows This April in Massachusetts

AEW announced that they will be holding a new set of AEW Dynamite and Collision shows on April 3rd at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts.

It was also announced that tickets for this upcoming new set of shows will officially go on sale starting on February 24th.

It is currently not known if the April 6th Collision show will go directly head-to-head against WWE’s WrestleMania 40 Night 1 show that night or if it will be preempted instead.
