The Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer reported that the 2024 NBA Playoffs ratings for that night were 2,690,000 viewers for Game 4 of Boston Celtics vs. Miami Heat on TNT and 3,960,000 viewers for Game 5 of Los Angeles Lakers vs. Denver Nuggets on TNT. The 2024 NHL Playoffs ratings for that night reportedly were 1,220,000 viewers for Game 5 of Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Carolina Hurricanes on ESPN and 988,000 viewers for Game 4 of Dallas Stars vs. Las Vegas Golden Knights on ESPN.
In regards to the hourly viewership, Meltzer reported that the viewership for each of RAW’s three hours were:
- 8PM: 1,680,000 viewers
- 9PM: 1,750,000
- 10PM: 1,620,000
Monday’s WWE Raw drew an average of 1,683,000 viewers on USA Network, up from last week’s 1,597,000 viewers. This week’s show was notable for being the WWE Draft 2024 Night 2 special.
It drew a 0.55 rating in the 18-49 demographic, up from last week’s 0.52 rating.
In regards to sports competition, the viewership and ratings numbers for the 2024 NBA Playoffs and NHL Playoffs games that night are currently not known.
This time last year, the May 1, 2023 Raw drew 1,778,000 viewers and a 0.54 rating. The May 2, 2022 Raw drew 1,581,000 viewers and a 0.38 rating.
