As noted before, wrestling legend and former AEW talent Sting has been in attendance backstage at recent AEW Collision shows in Arlington, Texas. Sting has not appeared on AEW television since his retirement match at this past March’s Revolution 2024 event.
Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp reported that his sources stated that Sting has told numerous people close to him that he will be flying to London for AEW’s All In 2024 event this weekend.
Sapp reported that it is currently not known if AEW officials have any plans for Sting to make an on-screen appearance at All In or if he will just be visiting his former AEW colleagues backstage again. Sting’s former tag team partner Darby Allin is currently scheduled to compete against Jack Perry in a Coffin match for the TNT Championship at the event.
Sapp also reported that AEW and Sting have maintained a great relationship and AEW officials still has a desire to keep him involved with the company in some capacity.
